Who am I?

My name is Sophia and I am a former NCAA Division II athlete with an enthusiastic approach to health/fitness. In a lot of ways, health/fitness instilled in me the discipline that I needed to be successful in all areas of my life. I strongly believe that health is and should be the number 1 reason for embarking on a lifestyle change, but the secondary effect of obtaining control and discipline in your personal/professional life is just as appeasing.

Believe me. I understand your frustration. You’ve tried the Keto diet, intermittent fasting, eating only salads, hours of cardio, and nothing seems to work. You’ve tried to go the gym but you’re just playing a guessing game with the machines. Or maybe you don’t even know if you’ll ever be able to find the time to go the gym. You’re not a morning person and you’re too exhausted after work to go. Maybe you’ve gotten some results and then quickly added the weight back.

I’ve been there too and I’ve learned that its all smoke and mirrors. There is a way to break free from your frustrations and truly transform your life.
